The Guild offers semi-private dining spaces, ideal for corporate dinners, intimate social celebrations, summer patio parties and more. The restaurant is also available for private buyouts, offering the perfect space for large corporate receptions, weddings or special gatherings. Our sister venues — Hudson and Sub Rosa — offer additional unique and customizable spaces for all types of events.
Entire Restaurant
Located in the historic Hudson’s Bay building in downtown Calgary, The Guild brings character and charm to events and celebrations. Restaurant buyouts can accommodate 200 for a seated event and 300 for a reception.
The Pub
Offering a warm and inviting space for smaller affairs, The Pub can accommodate up to 12 guests for a seated event or 20 for a standing reception.
The Patio
One of the largest patios in downtown Calgary, The Guild invites you to book off a portion of the patio for your very own cookout and enjoy mouth-watering eats hot off the ‘cue. In the summertime, the patio can accommodate up to 180 guests seated, and 220 standing.
Hudson
Located on the sixth floor of Hudson’s Bay’s heritage building, Hudson is a state-of-the-art event complex ideal for corporate events and elegant weddings.
Sub Rosa
A hushed lower level lounge, Sub Rosa can accommodate up to 60 for a seated event (120 with rentals) or 270 for a standing reception. Featuring vintage-style furniture, dramatic drapery, and century-old brick walls, Sub Rosa is a coveted escape from the ordinary.
