Join us Dec 31 from 4pm and enjoy a three-course menu crafted by The Guild team to mark this special occasion. Featuring savoury favourites like the 24-hour Braised Pork Belly with glazed heirloom carrots, colcannon mash, apple gastrique and jus or the sweet and decadent treat of Sticky Toffee Pudding with Tahitian vanilla bean gelato, walnut crumble, and spiced rum caramel sauce. Our prix fixe offerings will also be available à la carte if you don’t want to enjoy a full coursed meal!
